Ok people, this is my favourite. Pumpkins...Awg (Homer style). Let's see how to make Pumpkin Zucchini Bread.

Things we'll need:

1. 3 eggs, lightly beaten


2. 2 cups sugar


3. 2 cups grated zucchini


4. 3 cups all-purpose flour


5. 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves


6. 1 tablespoon vanilla extract


7. 1 cup fresh or canned pumpkin


8. 1 cup butter or margarine, melted


9. 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon


10. 1 cup chopped walnuts


11. 1/2 teaspoon baking powder


12. 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg


13. 1 teaspoon baking soda 

14. 1 cup shredded zucchini


15. 1/2 teaspoon salt

















Let's begin:

1. In a mixing bowl, combine eggs and sugar.

2. Add pumpkin, butter and vanilla. 


3. Combine dry ingredients; gradually add to pumpkin mixture and mix well.

4. Stir in zucchini and nuts. 


5. Pour into two greased and floured 9-in. x 5-in. x 3-in. loaf pans. 


6. Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 50 minutes.

7. Test by inserting a toothpick, when it is withdrawn free of batter the bread has 
finished baking
